Royal visit for the Homeless World Cup

The Lord High Commissioner visited the Homeless World Cup Headquarters in Edinburgh today to find out more about the organisation and its work to end homelessness around the world.

During the visit President and co-Founder of the Homeless World Cup, Mel Young, gave the Lord High Commissioner a detailed overview of the history and objectives of the organisation and introduced the staff working at the Homeless World Cup headquarters, based at Hibernian’s Easter Road Stadium.

As the visit ended Mel Young presented gifts to each of the delegates.

Mel Young, President and co-Founder of the Homeless World Cup said: “We are honoured that Lord High Commissioner has come to visit the Homeless World Cup showing his interest and support to the work we are doing to fight homelessness all over the world.”
