FIFA Executive Committee Member to speak at Leaders in Football

Tue 14th Jun 2011 | Football Industry Events

FIFA Executive Committee Member, Michel D’Hooghe, is the latest major signing to be announced for the 4th annual Leaders in Football conference on the 5th and 6th of October 2011.

Michel D’Hooghe, who is also Chairman of the FIFA Medical Committee, has been a FIFA Ex Co Member since 1988 and is also the Honorary President of Belgium Club FC Bruges as well as an Honorary President of the Belgium FA.

As someone who is at the heart of football, Michel will shed light on what the future holds for the world’s most popular game and is perfectly placed to explain FIFA’s plans for the future. With the organisation being scrutinised from all corners after a turbulent recent period, we ask can FIFA adapt to a changing world and remain the custodian of the game.

James Worrall, CEO, Leaders says “Michel is a widely respected figure in world football and has been shaping the game from the top table for over 20 years.  We are delighted to welcome him back to the Leaders in Football conference this year as we begin to announce our world class speaker line up”
