PROZONE & AMISCO join forces to advance sports performance analysis

Amisco and Prozone, announce a strategic agreement to become a global industry leader in sports data and performance analytics.

Sport Universal Process (SUP), the owners of Amisco and Prozone Sports Ltd (Prozone), two leading specialists in providing performance analysis in sport, today announced a strategic agreement to become a global industry leader in sports data and performance analytics.

Commenting on the partnership, Thomas Schmider, President of Amisco said: “This significant strategic move is a further step to creating a true leader in the expanding market of sports statistics and performance analytics, with a global reach and strong development capacities.

“We are excited about the prospects of working together with the Prozone team to further improve our offering to current and future clients. Sport, and football in particular is truly a global industry, we believe that together, Amisco and Prozone can assist in delivering better performances on the pitch, while allowing for greater understanding and interaction for those off it.”

Antoine David, Amisco Founder said of the deal: “Data is increasingly at the heart of understanding the mechanics of professional sport, and over the past fifteen years Prozone and Amisco have developed innovative products to deliver the best in pre and post match analysis for our clients in sport and new media, and will continue to do so” 

SUP, through their Amisco brand will continue to provide performance analysis to its clients, including Chelsea FC, SC Lille, FC Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Canal+.

Prozone will continue to provide performance analysis services to its extensive professional client base, including Manchester United FC, FC Barcelona, Liverpool FC, New York Red Bulls and Arsenal FC
