The Football League Trust have announced that they will be holding their annual conference on Friday the 25th of May at the brmb Grass Roots Football Show.

It is the third consecutive year that the Football League Trust have been involved with Europe’s biggest grass roots football event.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to host our annual conference at the show; it is the perfect venue and location to host all of our 72 trusts from across the country.

“As well as the Football League arena, which last year hosted coaching sessions and disability football demonstrations with the likes of Iain Dowie and Chris Hughton, we will also be providing a dedicated Football League area for people to watch the League 1 and 2 play offs live.”

Joanna Burns, Director of the brmb Grass Roots Football Show, said; “The attendance of all 72 Football League club trusts to the 2012 event is a real coup and we are very excited about all of the activity that we will be running in conjunction with the Football League Trust over the weekend.

“The Every Player Counts arena and awards ceremony was one of the highlights of the 2011 brmb Grass Roots Football Show and we look forward to welcoming all of the clubs for this year’s conference.”

The brmb Grass Roots Football Show 2012 is the biggest football event of its kind in Europe and takes place at the NEC in Birmingham between 25th and 27th June.
