Ask Insight Announced as Official Research Partner to Huddersfield Town Football Club

Ask Insight is delighted to announce that it is the Official Research Partner to Huddersfield Town Football Club (HTAFC).

The full service market research agency, which is based at the Media Centre in Huddersfield, will conduct a research programme for Huddersfield Town which will form an engagement campaign with key areas of the Club’s operations both internally and externally. 

Susan Kenyon, Director of Ask Insight commented; “We are absolutely delighted and thrilled to have been selected as HTAFC’s official Research Partner and are looking forward to a mutually beneficial rewarding partnership”.

In a first of its kind partnership at the Club, the initial stage of the research will focus on HTAFC employees by conducting a customer satisfaction benchmarking programme. This will be followed by a review of the Club’s Partner organisations to gauge satisfaction and identify further opportunities.

A stakeholder review of the surrounding environment in which HTAFC operates, including a match day experience review involving supporters through online and paper surveys, along with focus groups will be undertaken. This will conclude the research programme and provide valuable insight for the Club.
