QPR Sign Neoco To Engage Global Fans Through Social CRM

Queens Park Rangers FC fans are in for a season of top engagement off the pitch as the club sign up to a season with Neoco.

The deal sees the Barclays Premier League team QPR expand their Social CRM operations to include several new apps for fan engagement, starting with the impressive Score Predictor app. 

The Score Predictor app was a big success last season for UEFA Champions League and FA Cup winners Chelsea FC, engaging over 50,000 active users and amassing over 1m predictions.  

Score Predictor for QPR will enable QPR fans to get closer to the club than ever before, with fan data collected being used to optimise and personalise QPR communications across all areas. The activity builds on the success of QPR in making CRM more central to their fan acquisition, both locally in London and globally, particularly in Asia. Neoco will be working closely with QPR to develop the Social CRM strategy across digital and social channels.

Neoco will enhance the app specifically for QPR, with updates to include being fully responsive to enable mobile and tablet users to engage on the move, social leagues for friends to challenge each other, and support for Asian fans in their native language and social networks like RenRen and Baidu, amongst other updates.
