Cool it! With Physicool

With the football season well underway, research has shown that every player can expect an average of two injuries during the season [1], with leg injuries (unsurprisingly) being the most common.

Fortunately, most football injuries are relatively minor and the main aim is to reduce swelling and inflammation rapidly.
