fcbusiness named as Media Partner for Beyond CRM 2013

Tue 26th Mar 2013 | Football Industry Events

Following a partnership for the 2012 Beyond CRM Forum at Team GB House, fcbusiness are pleased to announce that we will once again join Green 4 Solutions as Media Partner for the 2013 event, taking place on June 18th.

Beyond CRM is an industry leading sport and leisure forum, hosted annually by Green 4 Solutions.

Each year there is an increased importance placed on having a strong CRM strategy, especially within the sports and leisure industries. The aim of Beyond CRM is to provide a platform for sport and leisure organisations to share their knowledge, as well as a showcase of leading examples of successful CRM strategy, whilst addressing some of the challenges that are faced by this unique industry.

Speaking of the partnership, fcbusiness Deputy Editor, Aaron Gourley, said; “After the success of last year’s forum at Team GB’s wonderful facilities, we’re delighted to be an official partner this year.

“We’ve always recognised the importance of how clubs engage with their fans and see CRM as a big part of this. It was great to see the discussion at last year’s forum not only address CRM as a topic, but many other key topics too. We’re now looking forward to seeing what Beyond CRM 2013 brings.”

Tom Bettles, Marketing Manger at Green 4, said; “Green 4 are delighted to have fcbusiness on board as media partner for the Beyond CRM Forum once again this year.

“Last year’s forum at Team GB House was a great success and met our aims of providing a platform for sport and leisure organisations to share ideas and showcase examples of excellence. We’re really looking forward to this year’s forum at Lord’s and are pleased that fcbusiness will be a part of it.”

The forum addresses many of the relevant topics such as fan engagement, loyalty, data marketing and social media.
