Fans come First - Brentford FC Reveals Futures Strategy

Tue 25th Jun 2013 | IT & Technology

Fans come first for League One side, Brentford Football Club after they appointed TALENT Sport as its new ticketing and CRM platform.

Brentford FC has partnered with TALENT Sport to drive its fan engagement plans, using the TALENT Sport data engine to help the club rewards its most loyal supporters.

TALENT Sport will manage the club’s ticketing and CRM requirements straight away at its stadium, Griffin Park, as well as act as a strategic planning partner for the club’s move to its new stadium, which is due to take place in 2016. Brentford FC will also use TALENT Sport to introduce a new loyalty programme, which will reward its most dedicated supporters with exclusive offers and events, as well as manage the allocation of tickets effectively for its most popular matches.

“Fan engagement is at the top of our priorities at Brentford FC, as we endeavour to reward our most loyal supporters and encourage new fans to join our club, especially important with the plans for our new stadium coming to fruition,” commented Mark Devlin, CEO of Brentford Football Club.

“TALENT Sport is a proven solution for ensuring supporters get a fast, reliable and seamless experience when purchasing tickets, whether online or from the Box Office. It also gives us the data to help us intelligently profile our customers and ensure our ardent fans are being rewarded for their support,”

Mark Dewell, Managing Director at IRIS Ticketing, added: “Brentford FC has an incredible few years ahead as it builds the foundations for its move to the new stadium, while ensuring fans get the best experience now at Griffin Park.

“It’s exciting to be partnering with the club on this journey, as this is exactly what TALENT Sport is designed for beyond ticketing - delivering a data-rich connected view of customer behaviour to drive closer fan engagement strategies, reward loyalty and help grow the club’s local supporter base with a new generation of fans,”

IRIS Ticketing has experience in providing ticketing and CRM solutions for 15 years and works with leading British sports venues such as Leicester Tigers rugby club, Harlequins rugby club, Liverpool FC, Everton FC, Leeds United FC and Chester Racecourse.
