NI Football League Business Forum Success
Mon 14th Apr 2014 | Marketing & PR
The NI Football League has held its first Sponsors and Partners Forum giving each of their stakeholders the opportunity to promote what they do as a business and to explore the various ways that they may be able to work together.
Representatives from Danske Bank, Wasp Solutions and Bragbet were joined by the league’s longest standing club sponsor, McBurney Transport (Ballymena United FC) as well as several NI Football League Board members.
Graeme Beggs, Market and Communications Manager and Andrew Johnston, Managing Director presented the activities that have taken place since the NI Football League was formed in June 2013 and provided an update on the work that has been carried out to date in partnership with UEFA regarding the rebranding and review of the current league structures.
Andrew Johnston, said, “This event has been very worthwhile for a number of reasons. Firstly to have a number of our main partners in a room together and have the opportunity to present to them all at once was hugely beneficial.
“Each partner may be solely focussed on their own sponsorship so to be able to show what we have been working on outside of these activities can perhaps open the door to our partners working together.
“Also, this forum gave each of our partners the chance to present their businesses, and how the NI Football League is helping them to achieve their sponsorship objectives.”
