Samsung Launches Partnership With the FA as Official Consumer Electronics & Smartphone Supplier to the England Team

Samsung Electronics has today announced an agreement with The Football Association to become the Official Consumer Electronics & Smartphone Supplier to the England Team. 

The partnership means the England football team will fly off to Brazil equipped with the latest mobile devices, with health and wellbeing functions as well as the best in entertainment and content at their fingertips. Both players and staff will be equipped with the Samsung Galaxy S5 which comes preloaded with state-of the-art health features, including a heart rate monitor.

England players and staff will also benefit from the Samsung Galaxy S5's protection features, resistant to sweat, rain, liquids, sand and dust – ideal for travelling England fans this summer or those wanting to keep up to date with the latest news and results wherever location they may be in.  

Samsung Electronics UK & Ireland President, Andy Griffiths said: “We are thrilled to partner with the England football team ahead of what is set to be an exciting summer of football. Samsung has a long association with football both in the UK and globally and we're delighted that this partnership adds to our on-going commitment to all football fans.
