Advanced Ticketing Offers Increased Commercial

Advanced Ticketing (Advanced) has released a new version of TALENT Sport, its leading ecommerce platform for sports, stadia and leisure venues.

Commercial teams will now benefit from real-time access to, and control of their ecommerce operations from any web-enabled device with the introduction of a fully responsive web-based back-office interface.

Sales points and ticket offices can now be set up using TALENT, at any time and at any location to give clubs greater flexibility. Furthermore, intuitive ecommerce options and enhanced profiling functionality now deliver a personalised retail experience to each fan, with the ability to automatically suggest additional products during the sale based on their personal data, purchasing history or current basket.

24/7 accessibility

Users – whether ticket office managers or sales staff – can now manage the back-office system 24/7, which is fully responsive from any web-enabled device. This allows them to have an up-to-date view of revenue streams, with the ability to add new products, games or tickets easily from any location and at all times.

Fully mobile services for fans

TALENT is now fully mobile-ready, improving the online experience for fans and supporters who can access their club’s ecommerce platform anywhere and from any mobile device. Marketing communications sent from the venue via TALENT can also include fully responsive links, making it easy and fast for fans to click through to relevant promotions and offers.

Fans will also have access to new products and services ‘on the go’. Sales teams will now be able to operate ‘pop-up shops’ within venues using tablets and other mobile devices to offer half time deals and sell club merchandise around the ground.

Intelligent and extended ecommerce options

Sports venues and clubs can now use TALENT Sport to maximise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The platform can intelligently suggest additional ticketing or retail products to customers, whether online, via telephone or with email offers.

TALENT’s intuitive ecommerce engine can be set up with a series of rules based on customer profile information such as address, age, frequency of purchase, level of spend. The rules can also be based on preferred channel of purchase, previous history as well as in real-time based on the current basket selection.

TALENT Sport extended ecommerce options now include vouchers and gift experiences, including third party offers. 

Enhanced data capture for customer profiling and logistical planning

Clubs and venues can benefit from new data capture abilities offered within TALENT Sport to introduce questionnaires during the purchasing process prompting the customer to provide greater levels of information.
