Aston Villa Partner With Asia Travel Corporation

Wed 22nd Oct 2014 | Marketing & PR

Aston Villa have announced Asia Travel Corporation as the club’s Official Far East Online Travel Partner.

Asia Travel Corporation provides travel-related services throughout Asia, including online travel platforms and services, online hotel and flights booking and reservation services.

Over the past three years Asia Travel Corporation has become the most successful tour package business operator in Asia, with much of that growth down to the passionate support within the region for Barclays Premier League football.

Partnering with Asia Travel Corporation means that many Asian supporters and VIPs will be able to experience match-days at Villa Park along with the Club’s award-winning match-day hospitality for the first time and on an ongoing basis, extending Aston Villa’s fanbase in the fast-growing Asian market.

In addition, the partnership also includes promotion of Asia Travel Corporation’s services on the Club’s Chinese social media platforms.

Aston Villa Chief Executive Tom Fox said: “Our partnership with Asia Travel Corporation reflects the desire of the Club to continue growing our brand and our fanbase internationally and specifically in Asia.

“We welcome Asia Travel Corporation into our growing network of Official Partners and we look forward to working closely with them on new promotions and joint initiatives this season.”

Dato'Tan Lung Lai, President of Asia Travel Corporation, said: “We are delighted to partner with Aston Villa Football Club, which has a worldwide fanbase and is one of the most successful clubs in the history of English football.

“Partnering with such an outstanding club in the Barclays Premier League is an exciting way to strengthen our brand, both in the UK and around the world.

“Our partnership represents a mutually beneficial strategic alliance which we look forward to developing throughout the 2014-15 season.”
