Oporto To Work With Platinum Capital Investments

Fri 21st Nov 2014 | Marketing & PR

Oporto Sports have announced a partnership with Platinum Capital Investments (PCI), a property investment specialist organisation.

Oporto will provide PCI with PR consultancy and social media advice, working closely with PCI Director and owner, former Derby County, Leicester City and Luton Town striker, Steve Howard.

PCI, which was established earlier this year, is formed by a consortium of property experts, specialising in the North-East of England, working to maximise return on investment, whilst always acting responsibly for the client, with an ethical approach to the industry.

The company also specialises in working with current and former footballers, as PFA members, to help them with their property portfolio and investments.

Speaking about his company, Steve Howard said: “My motivation to set up PCI came from my many years as a footballer, and witnessing first-hand, players being advised poorly on how and where to invest their money.

“I wanted to help to create a lasting second career for players; allowing them to invest in properties responsibly, with the help of trusted experts.

“We also advise and secure properties for the public, and we have built our reputation on delivering a return for people, whilst guiding them through the process with minimal outlay and risk, as compared to our competitors.”

Oporto Sports Managing Director, Dean Eldredge, added: “I’ve known Steve since 2009, and have admired the way he has gradually and methodically created his second career, learning the industry whilst working closely with trusted and experienced partners.

“We believe both in Steve, and in the service he is providing, and look forward to helping him generate exposure and contacts for PCI, and ultimately to aiding the continued growth of his company.”
