Dave King Ousts Llambias & Leach From Rangers Board

Derek Llambias and Barry Leach have been removed from the Board of Directors at Rangers FC following a vote at the EGM today.

Dave King, the South African based businessman, has been voted onto the Board along with Paul Murray and John Gilligan. 

Chairman Dave Somers and non-executive director, James Easdale both resigned ahead of the vote.

King’s consortium will now seek to appoint a new nominated advisor to manage the club's listing on the Alternative Investment Market after WH Ireland, resigned ahead of the EGM, resulting in the shares being suspended.

The number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue on 05 March 2015 at 5pm (excluding shares held in Treasury - Nil) was 81,478,201. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share.
