Montreal Impact Install Revolutionary Ticketing and CRM Technology

Tue 16th Jun 2015 | IT & Technology

Major League Soccer's Montreal Impact has made the revolutionary step of implementing a single platform stadium technology solution.

The software, supplied by Sports Technology specialists, Green 4 Solutions, will provide one system for the club’s Ticketing and Merchandise operations, CRM, marketing automation and Fan Loyalty Program.

After recently becoming the first team from Canada to make the CCL Final, Montreal Impact will now be leading the way off the field with their vision to bring all of these venue technologies onto the single platform.

The Go system is the world’s first full solution to include stadium ticketing, built within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This will put Impact ahead of the game with advanced functionality for ‘single shopping basket’ Ticketing and Merchandise sales, CRM, data analysis, email marketing and marketing automations, as well as a Fan Loyalty and Rewards Program.

Andre Cote, Chief Strategic Officer said; “Having a single technology platform across the club is critical to our current and future strategies.

"We selected Green 4 Solutions as the right platform to help take Montreal Impact forward and we're confident that adopting a joined-up approach to Ticketing and Merchandise sales, combined with our Marketing, CRM and Loyalty initiatives, will lead us to better fan experiences and commercial gains."

Paul Gibbons, Business Manager North America for Green 4 added; “We’re thrilled to be working with Montreal Impact and can’t wait to show others how powerful this technology can be.

“We have many years of experience implementing our full solution in Europe and the Middle East, both at individual clubs and across entire leagues. Having made implementations of CRM and Loyalty previously in North America, we’re really excited to be challenging the ticketing landscape and helping Montreal to be a shining example of best practice.”
