Tottenham Hotspur Launches New Mobile App

Mon 22nd Jun 2015 | IT & Technology

Tottenham Hotspur has today launched a new mobile app, Spurs Go.

Spurs Go is fully optimised for smartphones and tablets providing supporters with an immersive and interactive fan experience, with a range of features designed to engage the club’s estimated global fanbase of over 400 million followers.

New features include the integration of the club’s on-demand video service allowing fans to watch the latest interviews and features from Spurs TV and catch up on extended match highlights.

The dynamic Match Centre lets fans follow every kick of the game in the palm of their hand and keep up-to-date on all the latest news, views and interviews wherever they are.

For those visiting White Hart Lane, cutting edge iBeacon technology will allow fans to access content and latest offers at the stadium, and a social media hub will also allow fans to follow the club’s official social channels all in one place.

The new app is the latest in a series of digital initiatives aimed at further engaging Tottenham Hotspur’s global fanbase, following the launch of the MySpurs digital membership, a new YouTube channel and the multi-language localisation of club social media channels during the past year.
