Tottenham Hotspur and Carlsberg have today announced a three year extension of its long-standing partnership.
Carlsberg UK will retain their exclusive pouring rights at the stadium, offering products from its wider beverage portfolio, including Somersby Cider along with the continued display of their brand at Tottenham Hotspur’s home league and domestic cup games until the end of the 2017/2018 season.
Fran Jones, Head of Partnerships at Tottenham Hotspur, said: “We are pleased to announce the renewal of one of our longest standing commercial agreements.
“We first partnered with Carlsberg in 2004 and this further extension is testament to the excellent relationship we have enjoyed throughout that time.
“We look forward to continuing our partnership until 2018.”
David Scott, Director of Brands and Insight at Carlsberg UK, said: “We are delighted to extend our long standing partnership with Tottenham Hotspur - a Club with ambitious plans for the future, as demonstrated by its impressive new stadium designs.
“The extension of our official beer partnership allows us to continue providing Carlsberg products to supporters at the stadium as part of the match-day experience, and further cements our position as the beer brand of football across the UK and Europe.
“Carlsberg is the official beer of the Barclays Premier League, England national team and has been proud sponsors of the European Championships since 1988.”
