Scout7 Agree Digital Partnership with the National League

Scout7 has become the official Professional Services Partner of the National League, which will result in member clubs and their supporters benefitting from new online video content throughout the 2017/18 season.

Working in conjunction with Pitchero, the League’s Digital Media Partner, the agreement will see Scout7 produce three minute highlight packages for every game played in the National League, National League North and National League South, for use by all member clubs across their digital platforms, including their official websites and social channels.

In addition, every match across all three divisions will be available for all member clubs to watch online, or as a download from an online central video archive hosted by Scout7.

Each member club will also receive a login to their own private and secure Scout7 Pro.tv video platform, where they will be able to use the National League footage to do their online video analysis, as well as watch back key pre-edited video highlights compiled by Scout7’s in-house analytics team.

The highlights will allow each club’s management and coaching staff to quickly view back all key incidents from their own matches and those of their upcoming opposition, including set-pieces, so they can optimise their pre-match analysis of each opponent before every league game during the campaign.

After agreeing the partnership, Scout7 Managing Director Lee Jamison said: “This agreement is a watershed moment for Non-League football in England.

“By working together with the National League and Pitchero, supporters of all 68 clubs will be able to watch back key highlights from every game played during the campaign through various digital channels.

“This will be the first time official content from all three divisions will be available digitally.

“In addition, we are also looking forward to supporting each club with the implementation of their own Scout7 technology, where they will be able to take their post-analysis of their own team to new levels, as well as watching back full matches and key highlights for each of their opponents.

“This should help clubs optimise their opposition analysis processes at each stage of the season, mirroring workflows already in place at leading clubs around Europe.”
