The finalists for this year’s fcbusiness European CEO of the Year Award sponsored by NuCalm at the Football Business Awards have been announced.
Following on from the success of the first award in 2016, which was won by Altletico Madrid’s Miguel Angel Gil Marin, the European CEO of the Year award recognises the efforts of CEO’s from Europe’s top leagues.
Nominees for the 2017 award are:
Umberto Gandini – AS Roma (Italy)
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge – FC Bayern Munich (Germany)
Edwin Van Der Sar – AFC Ajax (The Netherlands)
Vadim Vasilyev – AS Monaco (France)
Florentino Pérez Rodríguez – Real Madrid (Spain)
The overall winner will be announced at the glitzy ceremony at the Tobacco Dock in London on the 2nd November.
