All Hail The Lionesses!!
Imagineear produce exciting content for the Wembley Stadium tour following the Lionesses’ epic win at UEFA Euro 2022.
Following the England Women’s dazzling success at the UEFA Euro 2022, Imagineear have added exciting, beautifully designed content updates to the Wembley Stadium Tour web app. The web app launched in the Autumn of 2021.
These updates include vibrant profile and stat screen graphics for the entirety of England’s triumphant female squad, including Manager Sarina Wiegman, Euro 2022 statistics, ‘Did You Know?’ facts and a short video on just how our women won a major trophy for England for the first time since 1966.
The tour itself is split into two halves, the first half of the tour, voiced by actor Russell Tovey, is dedicated to the rich history and the variety of sporting and entertainment events that Wembley Stadium has hosted over the years. The second half of the tour begins just before the visitor is led by a stadium tour guide into the stadium bowl to take in the views of the UK’s largest capacity venue.
Tour content features include 360 videos, more videos and detailed ‘infographics’ that work symbiotically with the tour guide as the visitor is taken through Wembley, behind-the-scenes, and into some of the places that make the stadium so special, including the Royal Box, pitch-side, and the England Home Dressing Room.
Will Penswick, Project Manager, at Imagineear, said: “After watching the Lionesses play at this summer, we wanted to refresh our existing Women’s Team content. When they won the tournament, on home soil, it was the perfect reason to update the tour.
“The IWA and our content give the visitor the chance to meet the squad, see how the Lionesses won the tournament and learn a little bit more about this unique group of individuals. We were delighted to be able to celebrate England’s Euro 2022 success with our work.”
