Just Eat has a partnership with the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League until 2027, and is a sponsor of all women’s competitions. The sponsorship includes exclusive activation opportunities, this is where ATPI Events plays a crucial role, ensuring seamless execution and maximising the impact of these engagements.



The Challenge

For the UEFA Champions League Final in London, Just Eat needed to ensure smooth event logistics, efficient ticketing and accreditation management, and exceptional guest experiences. With numerous VIPs and partners to accommodate, the company sought a comprehensive solution to handle every detail seamlessly.


The Solution

Leveraging its extensive global network, the ATPI Events team successfully sourced accommodation that aligned with Just Eat’s brand and standards. This ensured guests stayed in comfortable, high-quality hotels, even during this major sports event when many hotels were fully booked.


ATPI Events team managed the guest experience from start to finish. Supported by a registration tool the team sent out branded invitations, tracked RSVPs, and provided on-site assistance, ensuring every guest felt valued and well-cared for throughout the event. To further enhance the guest experience, ATPI developed a custom event app that provided real-time updates, personalised itineraries and easy access to event information. The app even facilitated online travel bookings, ensuring guests had all the information at their fingertips.


Seamless execution of all travel and logistical arrangements was a key focus. ATPI ensured every detail, from flights to transfers, was flawlessly managed, creating a seamless experience for all attendees. On the ground, experienced local staff were available to ensure everything ran smoothly and any issues were promptly addressed, maintaining the high standards expected by Just Eat
