This will be the first-ever FAST channel for the Bundesliga, marking a significant step in the league’s expanding presence in the UK and Ireland.

The new media partnership, which will run as a multi-year agreement, launched on 3rd  December 2025, and will be available 24/7.

The launch is made possible through a partnership with Samsung TV Plus, one of the world’s largest streaming services, and Wurl, a leader in the free ad-supported streaming TV industry that powers content distribution and monetisation, and will help facilitate the setup of the Bundesliga channel on the Samsung TV Plus platform.

“Our approach is as diverse as our fans – and this FAST channel is the next proof of that,” said Peer Naubert, Chief Executive Officer of Bundesliga International. “With a Bundesliga channel on Samsung TV Plus, we’re taking another step in how the Bundesliga can be experienced in the UK: free, live and closer than ever before.

“Following the strong response to our new UK partnerships earlier this year, we’re proud to expand our footprint once again. This launch shows that the Bundesliga doesn’t just talk about innovation – we deliver it, bringing world-class football to fans wherever they are.”

With innovative partnerships and the ability to reach fans across a range of platforms, the Bundesliga continues to push the boundaries of sport broadcasting and engagement, bringing the action closer to fans than ever before.

Gus Grimaldi, Head of Samsung TV Plus EMEA, said: “Launching a dedicated Bundesliga channel is another exciting step in deepening our partnerships and investments across premium sports content at Samsung TV Plus.

“Fans can now experience weekly live matches, behind-the-scenes access, and real stories that celebrate the heart of Bundesliga, 24/7.”
