Jonas Sports Makes Green 4’s Sports Clubs Welcome

Industry software specialists, Jonas Sports have welcomed sports clubs from Green 4’s stable of clients into the fold.

 

 

Established in 2006 Green 4 was created to realise the unique challenges faced in sport and leisure and to solve the fragmented approach to customer interaction and experience.

 

With numerous customer touch points across a venue and an array of systems to support them, Green 4 brought CRM to these industries and developed a software solution to help venues achieve more clarity from their customer data.

 

As Green 4 and the industries matured, they were able to develop a much broader, and therefore more powerful solution. In the early days Green 4 provided a central CRM system with strong customer communication and marketing tools with integrations from an assortment of third party systems.

 

They now offer an end-to-end solution all on one single platform. In recent times the solution has grown and Green 4 feel now is the time to invest and tighten their focus.

 

Moving forwards, Green 4 will focus purely on helping customers who work in the visitor attraction and recreational leisure industries.

 

For their sports clients, they have all been moved to Jonas Sports – their new home launched last year that offers the complete sports enterprise solution.
