Millwall, Jonas Sports & AGL Integrate Supply Chain Management

Millwall Football Club and partner Jonas Sports are set to integrated their retail operation with AGL for full supply chain management.

EFL Championship club Millwall FC launched their new retail system from Jonas Sports Retail in the summer of 2020, to support their retail operation both in-store and online.

However, the club wanted a fully integrated logistics solution to work with their new retail operation which provides an enhanced experience to their supporters, with improved online facilities including a device responsive website, shirt personalization, ability to collect and spend loyalty cash and giftcards.

For the club staff, the back office gives them the flexibility to fully manage their products and monitor their sales in real time. In order to ensure that the dispatch process is seamless, Jonas Sports Retail provided an integration with Millwall FC’s delivery partner, Agile Global Logistics.

The integration provides Millwall FC with full supply chain management with the benefit of AGL’s ‘Clearview’ system which provides a multi-carrier proposition, offering the club the most cost effective delivery solution.
