QPR has today launched a new official website following 18 months of development work.

The new site will be the Championship club’s first outside of the EFL’s Digital network which they’ve been a part of for the last 17-years.

Working alongside digital agencies, Aqueduct and Stadion, the new website has been designed and built with fans at the heart of the process.

Following an extensive consultation period with fans from across the globe, a series of focus groups with supporters were held along with a dedicated feedback blog launched to consult with the user group as the build progressed.

One of the main features of the new website is on demand video content is now available free of charge.

QPR PlayerHD has been replaced and all fans can now access interviews, features, highlights and more from Loftus Road, Harlington and the Academy for free.

Video coverage has been enhanced by adding Closed Caption Subtitles to all videos by default meaning interviews can be viewed with the sound off.

A new QPR+ Pass service will also be launching offering fans at home and overseas the opportunity to follow matches live.

Overseas supporters will be able to watch live video streams of non-televised QPR League fixtures, whilst UK & Ireland based fans can continue to enjoy audio commentary from every match.

Now the website is live, a Single Sign On solution will be rolled out, meaning having separate login accounts for online ticketing and retail will soon be a thing of the past.
