Southampton FC Launch New Mixed-Use Leisure Destination LEVEL1
Southampton Football Club is set to unveil LEVEL1, a major new mixed-leisure destination within St Mary’s Stadium this October.
The facility is being built in partnership with Parogon Contracts and designed to unlock new, year-round revenue streams beyond matchday crowds.
Located in the Chapel Stand, LEVEL1 spans 12,000 square ft and is set to be one of the largest entertainment venues of its kind on the South Coast.
The space has been developed to diversify the club’s consumer profile and create a premium yet accessible offering for both the local community and visitors to the city.
Brought to life in collaboration with leading build partner Parogon Contracts, LEVEL1 blends state-of-the-art immersive tech with competitive socialising, offering everything from AR darts and racing simulators to climbing walls, a high ropes course, mini golf, golf simulators and more.
A bar, kitchen and live sport viewing areas complete the experience, designed to appeal to a wide range of audiences, including families, students, corporate groups and tourists.
LEVEL1’s launch reflects a growing trend among football clubs seeking to unlock the commercial potential of underutilised stadium real estate. For Southampton FC, this investment supports a broader strategy of sustainable growth through diversified revenue streams, enhanced fan engagement and deeper community integration.
The venue is also expected to bring economic uplift to the city, creating new jobs and attracting thousands of additional visitors to the stadium each month.
