Founded and led by lifelong Saints supporter Dan Knight, Kinetic Games is proudly rooted in the city.

Daniel Knight, CEO of Kinetic Games and Game Director of Phasmophobia, said: “I’ve been a lifelong fan of Southampton FC, so being able to partner with the club I’ve followed for years is a surreal experience.

“It’s also a reflection of how far we’ve come as a studio. Supporting a football club like this was never something we imagined would be possible, and we’re incredibly grateful to our players and community for helping Phasmophobia reach the heights it has today.”

Kinetic Games’ first-ever sports marketing partnership will see the launch of a series of Saints-led community and fan initiatives throughout the season.

Beyond this partnership, Kinetic Games plans to continue expanding its involvement in local charities and foundations. The studio will also soon offer internships to budding developers in an effort to bolster its local game development scene.

Greg Baker, Chief Revenue Officer of Southampton Football Club, added: “We’re pleased to partner with Kinetic Games, a homegrown studio making a global impact that embodies the same passion and innovation we champion at Southampton Football Club.

“This collaboration underlines our belief in local talent, and we look forward to growing the partnership together.”
