STATSports Strikes Partnership To Inspire Next Generation

STATSports have been announced as the official technical partner for grassroots initiative Rising Ballers FC, comprised of the best unsigned football talent aged 16-21.

 

 

One of the leading GPS sport tracking devices STATSports, who provide their services to the England national team and majority of Premier League clubs, will be supplying Rising Ballers FC with the Apex Coach Series, to monitor training load and matchday performance.

 

Rising Ballers FC provides opportunities to aspiring professionals that may not have had a chance previously in their career and the partnership with STATSports, which runs until the end of 2021 with a view to extend to 2022, will further support the team.

 

STATSports products will feature on Rising Ballers’ Unsigned YouTube series, detailing the team’s competitive league games and the squad’s journey to sign deals with professional clubs.

 

To kick off the partnership Rising Ballers FC have created a launch video, showcasing STATSports and how the products will be used in the upcoming Euros 2020.

 

 

The Rising Ballers media platform boasts one of the most engaged and most followed online communities for young footballers. Alongside a combined following of 1 million+ followers, the platform reaches 20 million people monthly and is followed by the likes of ex-England captain Rio Ferdinand, through to top young professionals such as England players Mason Greenwood and Phil Foden.

 

In just two seasons, the setup has had noticeable success. Alongside matches going viral across digital & TV, nine players have signed professional contracts at Premier League clubs and beyond. The biggest success, Iliman N’Diaye, recently made his Premier League debut for Sheffield United.
