Ticketmaster Expands White-Label Solution Into Germany
Ticketmaster Sport is set to launch its white-label ticketing solution in Germany with the launch of the technology for two German sport clubs: Handball Sport Verein Hamburg and ice hockey club Augsburger Panther.
The new system will provide fans with a seamless ticket purchasing experience and help clubs to deliver first-class digital ticketing.
The solution, already used by UK sport clubs including Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, is a fully customisable platform that allows any club to create their own branded ticketing pages. Fans can easily purchase tickets, view seating charts and access all the information they need about upcoming season matches.
With the new platform, clubs in Germany will benefit from the latest technology available in the market, including:
– Digital tickets with iOS and Android integration for both single tickets and season card tickets
– Digital options to forward and resell tickets, including tickets for single games from a season card
– Ticket upgrade and other self-service functionalities for fans
Ticket resale will also be integrated with the new system.
