Ticketmaster Sport Aligns To Burnley’s Requirements

“Ticketmaster Sport best aligned with our requirements and fans’ expectations” –  Burnley FC’s Head of Ticketing Chris Parkinson on signing with Ticketmaster.

Burnley FC is partnering up with Ticketmaster to be the club’s exclusive ticketing provider starting from the 2024/2025 season onwards. 

As Head of Ticketing, Chris Parkinson, explained: “The partnership is aimed at enhancing the ticketing experience for Burnley FC fans while providing a more streamlined and efficient process for purchasing tickets to matches and events.”

Parkinson, adds: “We found that Ticketmaster Sport best aligned with our requirements and fans’ expectations. At Burnley Football Club, we are very keen to embrace technology as much as we possibly can and felt Ticketmaster’s position as market leader will allow us to access the latest ticketing trends and technologies.”

The partnership focuses on several key areas, including improved mobile ticketing, easier ticket purchasing, and elevated customer service. Parkinson elaborated, “we’re confident supporters will find the platform easy to navigate and have a smoother online experience.

Supporters will be able to manage their account and tickets online to self-serve a number of key features, without the need to contact the ticket office.”
