The 'Madrid Finale 19' ball, which will be used for the 2019 UEFA Champions League final at the Estadio Metropolitano, has been revealed by adidas.

The new official match ball takes a departure from previous years with the colouring of the ball inverted, with white stars and an innovative red graphic print, which features the Estadio Metropolitano, the venue for the final on 1st June.

The ‘Madrid Finale 19’ official match ball highlights the stars who have played in the UEFA Champions League. A three-level digital glitch graphic has been created in order to give the product a bold modern look.

The ball boasts the latest adidas performance technology to ensure the world’s best players can perform at their optimum level during the UEFA Champions League. An outer texture coating – consistent across all adidas UEFA Champions League official match balls – offers secure grip and complete control, while the thermally bonded star panels provide a seamless surface for an improved first touch.

The ‘Madrid Finale 19’ will be deployed for all remaining matches in the UEFA Champions League this season, starting from the round of 16 which gets under way in February.
