Arsenal Renews Ticketmaster Partnership With Long-Term Deal

Arsenal FC is the latest Premier League club to have renewed its trust in Ticketmaster Sport as its ticketing provider.

The relationship between the two has been a long-standing one, and the renewal marks a continuation of that arrangement.

Having supplied Arsenal for over three decades, the agreement has been extended with a multi-year deal.

Arsenal has been utilising Ticketmaster’s technology, including ticket exchange, ticket transfer, and, notably, automated ballots. These features enable fans to purchase a membership online and start the ticket application through a membership-restricted ballot.

The technology enables Arsenal to deliver the fairest possible allocation of tickets to supporters.

Informed by supporter feedback, Arsenal is now able to take robust action against season ticket holders or members who circumvent the process to obtain tickets.

The automated ballot helped 20% more Red Members secure tickets for Arsenal matches during last season. At the same time, Silver Members were three times more likely to obtain a ticket than Red Members. Meanwhile, 9,000 tickets on average went through Ticket Transfer per Premier League match, ensuring fans occupied as many seats as possible at the Emirates Stadium.
