BBC To Broadcast FA Women’s National League Play-Off Final
Nottingham Forest will take on Watford in the last ever FA Women’s National League Play-Off Final. After a record-breaking year for women’s football, the final will be streamed globally on the BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport online bringing wider exposure to the third tier of women’s football.
The game will see the two sides, champions of the FA WNL Northern and Southern Premier Divisions, battle it out for the overall National League title and promotion to the Barclays Women’s Championship.
Taking place at Stadium MK, the home of MK Dons, the fixture will kick-off at 1pm BST,
This final will be the last of the FA WNL National League Play-Off after it was recently announced from next season the winners of the Northern Premier and Southern Premier will both be automatically promoted to the Barclays Women’s Championship.
