Fanbase Launches Digital Partnership With Dulwich Hamlet
Fanbase have announced the launch of a digital partnership with National League South side Dulwich Hamlet.
Fans of Dulwich now have access to ticketing, hospitality, memberships and content within the Fanbase app on both Apple/Android devices and through desktop.
From a club perspective members of staff now have a tool that helps reduce the workload and stress through the automation of season/match tickets and hospitality. Commercially the club can now take advantage of fan and hospitality data to uncover who is coming through the turnstile and capitalise on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Fanbase CEO Alasdair Crawley commented: “This is a club that has been through it all and has come out stronger than ever. It’s now time for us to support Dulwich Hamlet FC on the next phase of their incredible journey as a leading community club.
“This club has a strong set of morals and principles that we want to aid and support as we believe it can guide sport and business ethics not just in Dulwich but much much broader across the UK and beyond. To say we’re happy to be working with Dulwich is an under-statement.”
Last season the National League South side were able to sell out Champion Hill eight times, bringing in crowds of nearly 3,500. Fans can now purchase season tickets for both the men’s and women’s sides with the first match on the platform taking place in under a month’s time.
