Long-term features writer and well-known voice on BBC’s Final Score football results programme is set to inspire sports journalists of the future after making a January move to the University of Northampton.

 

Marc Webber has joined the University’s Journalism and Media team as Senior Lecturer where, in addition to helping to deliver the digital journalism offering, he’ll also be preparing the BA Sports Multimedia Journalism course, which launches in September.

 

With more than two decades’ experience in traditional and digital media journalism, Marc has worked for industry giants  such as the BBC, ITV.com and the Press Association.

 

Marc will continue to write features and articles for fcbusiness as well as continue as a live matchday football reporter at weekends for Final Score and BBC 5 Live.
