Global Architecture Firm Populous Welcomes David Hodge

Populous, the global leader in sports and entertainment architecture and design, has announced that David Hodge has joined the firm as a Principal.

Bringing over two decades of experience in large-scale sports facilities, civic, transportation and mixed-use development, David will further strengthen Populous’ international sports presence.

Prior to joining Populous, David was a Partner at Rafael Vinoly Architects, where he served in several leadership positions during his career as a leading architect and client liaison, with a focus on project design and delivery, firm management and business development.

David, who will work on projects worldwide while being based in Populous’ New York office, has overseen design and construction for numerous notable projects, including the Manchester City Football Academy; New York City FC Training Facility; Melbourne City FC training facility; the Rockefeller University Campus Expansion in New York; Florence Airport in, Italy and the MGM Grand in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

“Over the past twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of working on some truly remarkable projects all over the world,” said Hodge.
