Global Master Students Go Onsite At FC Barcelona

Global Master in Sports Management & Legal Skills students took their places at an onsite week with FC Barcelona.

Celebrated once a year, the aim of the visit is to provide students with the chance to get to know the ISDE Barcelona headquarters and create links between students.

Over five very intense days, students enjoyed onsite classes and visits to the different sports centres in the city of Barcelona.

This included a tour of the Spotify Camp Nou facilities before receiving a valuable lesson from Anna Guix from FC Barcelona’s legal department.

With classes led by Jordi Lopez of Pintó Ruiz & del Valle, students then visited the international headquarters of the Euroleague, where Miguel Ferreira gave a talk on management, marketing and operations in one of the most important competitions in basketball.

FIFA’s Marcos Picalló took class on Wednesday before students paid a visit to the facilities of RCD Espanyol.

Thursday saw morning classes on Marketing in Sports by Josep Maria Figueres from You First before they visited the famous Masia, where Miki Ferrer director of the Masia gave a valuable talk about its history, values and its importance in a club like FC Barcelona.

To finish the week students had the pleasure of being able to hold class with the director of Barca Innovation Hub, Albert Mundet at the Barça offices, in a class about innovation and expansion of FC Barcelona.
