QPR Extends Partnership With Destination Sport Travel
Queens Park Rangers (QPR) have announced an extension to its partnership with Destination Sport Travel.
The UK’s leading travel provider for professional sports clubs and governing bodies have been working with the club for the past three seasons.
As part of the continued partnership, Destination Sport Travel’s team travel division will continue to service the requirements of QPR’s teams whilst its business travel team will deliver travel required for the wider club, including staff and directors.
It is vital that delivery of first-team travel and the managing of a relentless schedule during the season is seamless.
Destination Sport Travel managing director, Rob Slawson, said: “We’re delighted to continue our relationship with QPR. At Destination Sport Travel, we pride ourselves in the retention of our clients as this speaks volumes as to the best-in-class service that we deliver.
“The EFL Championship is renowned for being a competitive division with a difficult fixture schedule which often presents clubs with short turnarounds and as such, getting travel arrangements correct is vital.
“That’s where we step in, and we’re privileged to play a role behind the scenes for QPR. With fixtures for the 2023/24 season due later this month, preparations are already underway, so we look forward to supporting the club for the next season and beyond.”
Euan Inglis, QPR’s commercial director (pictured with Destination Sport Travel’s head of business development, Andrew Boyle), said: “It is vital that delivery of first-team travel and the managing of a relentless schedule during the season is seamless.
“Destination Sport ensure this is done on behalf of the club through their professionalism and diligence.”
