Southampton FC Signs Partnership With Blue Islands Airline
Southampton Football Club has announced its latest partnership with Blue Islands, the airline for tourists looking to explore the Channel Islands.
As part of the partnership, eligible fans will enjoy a 10% discount on all flights to Jersey or Guernsey with the Channel Islands based airline.
Discussing the new partnership, Charlie Boss, Chief Commercial Officer for Southampton Football Club, said: “With this partnership we are not only teaming up with a thriving local business that plays a big role in connecting our community.
“We are also demonstrating our commitment to creating inclusive and affordable experiences for our supporters – whether that’s travel with Blue Islands, or our recent decision to reduce season ticket prices.”
Based in the Channel Islands, Blue Islands was founded in 1999, and provides year-round air connectivity to and from the Channel Islands, including up to seven flights a day from Southampton to the islands.
Rob Veron, CEO for Blue Islands, added: “We are excited to announce this collaboration with Southampton Football Club, promoting the Channel Islands to its fans and to those visiting for games at St Mary’s.”
