Kick It Out is proud to host its third charity Golf Day on Wednesday 31 August 2016 at Wike Ridge Championship Course, at Leeds Golf Centre, one of the premier complexes in the north of England.

 

The course features several new water features, additional bunkering, new tees and greens.

 

Breakfast rolls will be served from 10am, followed by 18 holes of golf beginning with a shotgun start at 11am, with teams teeing off simultaneously.

 

Guests will be joined by a mix of media and sport personalities during a fantastic day’s golf, which includes additional competitive challenges such as the ‘nearest the pin’ and ‘straightest drive’ competitions, which are sponsored by Algarve Sports. Superb prizes are available to be won, including the chance to win a Jaguar F-TYPE for the weekend!

 

Confirmed hosts so far include, former PFA Chair Clarke Carlisle, England Women’s Assistant Manager Marieanne Spacey, Former Brentford duo Richard Lee and David Hunt, ex-Birmingham City defender Michael Johnson, Former QPR and Wycombe striker Steve Brown, Sky Sports presenter Rob Palmer and Referee Mark Halsey.

 

Players can also take part in the ‘beat the pro’ challenge and try their luck at the 17th hole of the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass, Florida in the simulator competition.

 

After a day’s golf, guests can relax with a drinks reception followed by a three-course meal. There will also be the chance to bid on a range of sporting memorabilia and experiences at the auction.

 

All proceeds raised on the day will support Kick It Out’s continued work in tackling discrimination and promoting inclusive opportunities within football.

 

Places cost £150 per person, with a four ball at £450 to include a guest host.
