UEFA Ranks FC Barcelona First For Kit & Merchandising Revenues
FC Barcelona earned €179m in the 22/23 season, a 50% rise on the previous season.
The recently published UEFA European Club Finance and Investment Landscape report which looks at financial data and trends in the football sector shows FC Barcelona ranked first among all football clubs with a total revenue of €179m, for Kit & Merchandising revenues.
The figure is some €34m more than Real Madrid in second.
Barça earned €119m during the 21/22 season, placing the club fifth on that metric behind Liverpool, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
In just one financial year, the club earned an extra €60m on the previous year, rising to first place in the ranking with over 50% growth.
Real Madrid are in second with €155m, followed by Bayern Munich with €147m, Liverpool with €137m, and Manchester United with €130m. Four of the five leading clubs have a specific business unit for maximising this type of income, as is the case in the Barca with BLM.
