West Bromwich Albion has launched a new Executive Club, designed to bring the local business community closer to the Albion.
The concept, which has been in planning for almost a year and has seven local businesses already signed up, officially launches today.
Being an Executive Club member will grant local businesses access to advertising opportunities that may have previously been inaccessible to them on the club’s first-in-the-UK super-wide screens, LED advertising screens and high-traffic digital channels.
The Executive Club will also directly support work done by The Albion Foundation in the local community, with a donation made to the club’s charitable arm for every package sold.
Members will also enjoy the added value and prestige of associating their business or brand with their local football club and the Executive Club badge will feature members’ logo and the club crest and can be utilised on marketing materials or displayed at member premises.
There are four tiers of membership with each tier only having a limited number of packages to maintain the exclusivity of being an Executive Club member and prices start at £5,000+ VAT.
Chief Commercial Officer, Simon King says “I’m delighted to see this project come to fruition with the launch of our new Executive Club. We identified that we wanted to work closer with the local business community and create opportunities for them to share in the huge exposure the football club receives.”
“The Executive Club offers a fantastic blend of benefits that will suit most businesses’ objectives at a genuinely competitive price. I’m delighted with the level of interest we have received so far and I’m sure there will be a great demand for places.”
