WSL Unveils New Where Greatness Lives Campaign
The Barclays Women’s Super League has unveiled their new Where Greatness Lives promotional campaign ahead of the 2023/24 season – which kicks off this weekend.
Following a summer where 94 players from the Barclays Women’s Super League featured in the FIFA Women’s World Cup – more than any other women’s professional division – the Where Greatness Lives campaign celebrates the range of talent that will be a part of the new season.
Many clubs are already reporting record-breaking ticket sales following this summer’s FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Where Greatness Lives is a fully integrated campaign led through paid digital media across leading channels including YouTube and Meta.
The campaign will also run nationally in radio and digital advertisements, with creative to be strategically located in cities near teams’ Barclays Women’s Super League grounds.
The new 2023/24 Barclays Women’s Super League campaign kicks off on 1 October, with a number of exciting fixtures lined up in the clubs’ main stadia including: Arsenal v Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium, Aston Villa v Manchester United at Villa Park (live on BBC Two), Bristol City v Leicester City at Ashton Gate, and Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge (live on Sky Sports).
As per previous seasons, all games not selected for broadcast throughout the campaign will be shown live on The FA Player, the league’s free to air streaming service.
